摘要
利用水浸提的方式对人工栽培雷公藤的生化物质进行提取,并在3种光强照射下处理萝卜种子,进行发芽试验。分析结果表明:人工栽培雷公藤植株内的化感物质在不同光照条件下有不同的效应,在每日无光照条件下各处理对萝卜发芽指标的影响提高幅度远大于12 h光照和24 h光照。
The germination test of Raphanus sativus seeds was conducted after the seeds were soaked with aqueous extracts from various organs of artificially planted Tripterygium wilfordii with different concentrations under three illumination intensity conditions.The results showed that the allelopathic chemicals extracted from man grown T.wilfordii acted differently under different illumination conditions.After being treated with aqueous extracts of T.wilfordii with the same concentrations,the germination rate of the tested Raphanus sativus seeds under dark condition was significantly higher than those under 12 hr or 24 hr illumination conditions.
