摘要
目的:评价WPBL教学法在医学检验专业不同课程教学中的应用效果。方法:采用WPBL教学法,对2007、2008级医学检验专业学生的五门专业课程部分内容进行教学改革。结果:WPBL组成绩及格率高于LBL组,经统计学处理,有显著性差异(χ2=5.34-7.71,P<0.05)。此外,除免疫学检验课程外,另外四门课程的平均分数均有显著性差异(t=2.00-3.29,P<0.05)。结论:WPBL教学法有利于提高医学检验专业学生的课程成绩,但效果不如临床课程成绩提高的明显,可能与医学检验专业课程的实践性强有关。问卷调查显示,WPBL教学法有助于提高学生多方面能力。因此WPBL值得在今后的教学中继续推广应用。
Objective: To evaluate the teaching effects of the WPBL strategy on different courses required for laboratory medicine major.Method: WPBL teaching strategy was utilized in a reform of partial teaching contents of five major courses within students in laboratory medicine major from 2007 to 2008 grades.Results: Based on the exam results,WPBL group achieved a higher pass rate than the LBL group and these two groups displayed significant differences(X2=5.34~7.71,P0.05).In addition,significant differences were also found in the average scores of the four courses excect for immunologic test(t=2.00~3.29,P0.05).Conclusions: WPBL is proved to be a useful technique for laboratory medicine major students to improve the major courses achievement.But the effect is considered to be not so sufficiently effective compared to clinical courses,which is probably due to the strong practicality of laboratory medicine major courses.The survey indicates that students have developed various skills through WPBL.WPBL approach is worth pursuing in a variety of courses.
