摘要
提出一种基于反力影响数矩阵的确定轴承位置及偏移量的优化逼近方法,先用有限元方法确定校中模型中曲轴的等效直径,再用反力综合影响系数矩阵来确定中间轴承最佳轴向位置,用优化方法确定中间轴承及主轴承垂向偏移量,实船数据分析表明,该方法简便并且有效。
A scientific approach to determining the bearing location and offsets based on the bearing reaction influential number matrix was proposed. A detailed FE model of a crankshaft and a identical circular bar were first developed to determine the equivalent diameter of the crankshaft, the location of intermediate bearing was determined based on bearing reaction influential number matrix, and the offsets of intermediate bearing and engine bearings were approached by optimi zation method. This method has been proved feasibility by a practical example.
