基于Delphi的二次开发技术在换热器封板强度分析中的应用

摘要 介绍一种在Delphi中调用ANSYS进行换热器封板应力分析的方法及过程,使用Delphi实现可视化参数输入,并调用写好的APDL命令流程序在后台运行ANSYS进行有限元计算,得出结果并判断其结构强度是否符合要求,最后用Delphi将程序封装。 A method and its work process to call ANSYS in Delphi to carry out FE analysis of the structural strength for the seal plate of the heat exchanger were introduced. In this method, the parameters of the seal plate were inputted visually in Delphi environment, and the APDL order flow program was called to perform structural strength FE analysis and strength assessment in the background of ANSYS. In this way the structural strength FE analysis of the seal plate for the heat exchanger can be carried out by the re-developed Delphi program.
