摘要
目的:探讨应用Medpor修复眶外侧壁恶性肿瘤切除后发生的骨组织缺损。方法:术前CT明确切除的范围,术中应用修剪塑形后的Medpor进行眶外侧壁重建。结果:术后眶外形与术前相似。术后无复试,眼外眦无畸形。结论:对眶外侧壁骨缺损应用Medpor材料可恢复解剖外形,效果理想。
Objective：To describe the useage of Medpor for the repair of orbital defects,which is caused by the surgery of malignant tumor. Methods：Preoperative we got the definite scope of resection by CT scan,and the lateral wall of the orbit was reconstructed with shaping Medpor in the surgery. Results：Postoperative the patient obtained satisfactory orbital contour and showed no diplopia,extraocular canthus no deformity. Conclusion：It is satisfactory for the useage of Medpor to repair orbital defects and restore anatomical shape.
