异种钢连接的冷弯管道淬火变形数值模拟 被引量:1

摘要 本文对异种钢连接的冷弯管道淬火过程进行了数值模拟。提出了一种模拟加热前冷变形应变能、相变应变和相变塑性应变的处理方法。基于此模型利用ABAQUS软件实现了异种钢连接冷弯管道加热与淬火变形的数值预报,结果表明:采用快速淬火能够降低工件的最终变形量,即弯管入水速度从0.2 m/s逐步加速至0.3 m/s。 In this paper, the temperature and stress fields have been simulated in a cold-formed pipeline connected by heterogeneous steel during quenching. An approach simulated the strain energy from coldformed and the strains and plasific deformation caused by phase transformation have been proposed. The numerical prediction can be achieved by ABAQUS software based on this mode. The results show that the final deformation of the workpiece can be decreased by fast quenching, mamely, the quenching rate is increased from 0.2 m/s to 0.3 m/s.
