摘要
本文分析了重载汽车内齿圈碳氮共渗和淬火变形超差的影响因素,提出了减少变形的措施。指出有必要从设计、原材料、预处理、机械加工、碳氮共渗、淬火、回火等方面进行控制。
In this paper, the factors of distortion ultra-peor are analyzed for the inner gear ring in the heavy loading vehicle after carbonitriding and quenching. The meausures to reduce distortion are proposed, which are controled from design, materials, pre-processing, machanieal processing, carbonitriding, quenching and tempering etc. aspects.
