摘要
综述了胎盘产生的几种特异性活性物质,即TGF-β,CSF-1,IGF,PAG,库尼特型蛋白酶抑制剂,bCYP19及相关基因的作用时间、部位和作用机制,以及这些物质的研究前景。认为加深其研究以利于完善早期妊娠和分娩发动诊断、妊娠疾病诊治、体外受精、人工输精妊娠以及人类避孕技术。
In this paper,several kinds of regulatory peptides produced by placenta,such as TGF β,CSF 1,IGF,PAG,Kunitz type proteinase inhibitor,proteinase produced by CYP19 gene and CYP19 associated gene etc.,are discussed.The peptides have a very important role not only in the regulation of the growth and function of placenta by paracrine and autocrine,but also in the regulation of fetal growth,development and maternal endocrine.
