摘要
采用ANSYS三维有限元分析技术,建立弹性地基上双层板三维路面结构模型,对复合式碾压混凝土路面结构进行了多种因素影响下的路面荷载应力分析,包括基层和面层的层间接触状况分析,临界荷位分析,碾压混凝土面层的模量和厚度、水泥稳定碎石基层的模量和厚度、以及路基的模量等因素对板底弯拉应力的影响分析,以试验路的荷载应力、温度应力理论计算以及回弹弯沉实测结果,作为路面典型结构的路用性能参考。
Using 3D finite element technology,3D pavement model of double-layer plate on elastic foundation is established,and the loading tensile stress of composite roller compacted concrete pavement is analyzed under various factors,including the contact state between layers,the critical load position,the pavement modulus and thickness,the base modulus and thickness of cement stabilized crushed stone as well as the subgrade modulus.Finally,the theoretical computation of load stress and thermal stress as well as the rebound deflection results of the test road offer references to the road performance of typical structure.
