摘要
矿业工程研究生是我国矿业科学研究和实际生产的高层次专业人才。针对当前矿业工程研究生生源紧缺和质量相对较低的现状,提出从生源抓起、科学合理地配备导师、突出矿业特色培养研究生和严格控制学位论文质量等途径,提高矿业工程研究生培养质量。
Mining engineering graduate are the high-level talents of China＇s mining scientific research and actual production.Aiming at the source shortage of the student and the low quality of mining engineering graduate,the article put forward to raising the quality of mining engineering graduate training by the measures of paying attention to the source of the student,scientifically and rationally allocating the instructors,highlighting the mineral characteristics of the postgraduate training and strictly controlling the quality dissertation.
