摘要
在Pro/E环境下,以斜齿圆柱齿轮为研究对象,利用方程曲线绘制方法绘制出齿轮的渐开线齿廓曲线,通过分析各个参数之间的关系,对斜齿圆柱齿轮进行了参数化设计。该参数化后的斜齿圆柱齿轮可以通过改变各个相应驱动参数,能够快速得到不同参数的斜齿圆柱齿轮零件,体现了参数化设计快捷的优点。通过机构的运动仿真,可以看到运动仿真过程中是否出现干涉现象,有利于机构优化和提高设计效率。
Under the Pro/E environment, to helical gear for the study, draws up gear involute profile curve using the equation curve plan method, through the analysis helical gear each parameter between relations, has carried on the parametric design to the helical gear. After the parameter of helical gears can be driven by changing all the appropriate parameters, can quickly get different parameters helical gear parts, reflects the advantages of fast parametric design. Through the body motion simulation, may see whether in the movement simulation process to present the interference, is conducive to institutions to optimize and improve design efficiency.
