摘要 概述了熔融碳酸盐燃料电池(MCFC)的结构和关键部件的功能及制备方法,组装了200mm×200 mm的MCFC单电池,电流密度最高可达到0.1 A/cm2。在单电池试验成功的基础上,设计加工了560 mm×400 mm的MCFC双极板,并组装了300 W的电池堆,电池堆最高电压3.3 V,平均电压2.8 V,最大电流达到120 A,最大功率达到200W。试验结果验证了所设计的大面积双极板的性能,为研制10 kW级MCFC提供了经验。 The structure,function of key components,and preparation method of melting carbonate fuel cells(MCFC) have been briefly stated,a 200×200 mm single cell of MCFC being assembled,the max.current density of which can reach 0.1 A/cm2.On the basis of successful test for the single cell,a 560×400 mm bipolar plate of MCFC has been designed and fabricated,and a 300 W MCFC stack being assembled,the max.DC voltage of said stack being 3.3 V,the average voltage being 2.8 V,the max.current reaching 120 A,and the max.power output reaching 200 W.The test result has verified the performance of designed large area bipolar plate,providing experiences for developing a 10 kW MCFC system.
