摘要
简要介绍燃煤电厂选择性非催化还原(SNCR)脱硝系统和脱硝原理。以某电厂SNCR脱硝系统为例,对实际运行中经常出现的氨分布不均匀、喷水孔腐蚀、喷射器喷嘴结垢、喷射器蒸汽雾化不佳等常见问题的原因进行分析,并给出解决方法,如加装蒸汽扰动装置、改变尿素喷射器结构及使用条件、采用除盐水为稀释用水、保证雾化蒸汽压力等。
The selective non-catalytic reduction(SNCR) denitrification system for coal-fired power plants and its working principle have been briefly presented.Taking the SNCR denitrification system in one power plant as example,the causes leading to common problems occurred frequently in practical operation,such as non-uniform distribution of ammonia,corrosion of water-sprayins holes,scaling in spraying nozzles,and bad atomization of spray guns etc.,have been analysed,and counter measures,such as adding steam agitation system,changing work condition of the carbamide-spraying guns,adopting desalted water as the diluent water,and ensuring the pressure of atomizing steam etc.,being given.
