摘要
从榆林市水资源供需现状出发,对榆林市2010、2020和2030年水资源进行了二次供需平衡分析研究。结果表明:在充分考虑挖潜和节流情况下,保证率为50%、75%、95%时的需水量都大于供水量,榆林市属资源性缺水地区,区内水资源供需矛盾突出,缺水严重,据此提出榆林市必须实施外流域调水,才能从根本上缓解资源性缺水,解决本地区水资源供需平衡问题。
Starting from the current situation of water resources supply and demand balance in Yulin city, this paper studied the secondary supply - demand balance of water resources in 2010,2020 and 2030. The results showed that: when taking full consideration of water - saving potential,the water demand is greater than water supply under the guarantee rates of 50% ,75% ,95% . Yulin city is a serious water shortage region,and water supply and demand problems are conspicuous. Based on witch ,the method of transfering water from external basin must be actualized to alleviate water resources scarcity and to solve local water resources supply and demand balanced problem fundamentally.
