摘要
采用Moldflow软件的MPI模块分析薄板类塑件在注射成型过程中是否会出现翘曲,产生翘曲的主要原因以及改善翘曲的方法。分析认为,产生翘曲的主要原因是塑件在成型冷却过程中存在不同方向的收缩,可以通过改进模具结构,改善成型工艺条件来减小塑件在不同方向的收缩,从而减小翘曲变形。
Whether a warping will occur or not in a plastic sheet,the main cause and some ways to improve the status were analyzed by the MPI module of Moldflow software.Study and analysis indicates that the occurrence of warping is due to the shrinkage in different directions during the forming and cooling process.The phenomena can be reduced by improving the mould structure and molding technique.
