电机泵阀协调控制作动系统的建模及仿真 被引量:8

摘要 飞机作动系统的性能直接决定飞机飞行品质,电机泵阀协调控制作动系统相比于其他协调控制作动系统具有显著的特点,它是一个电机、泵和阀3者参数均可调节的功率电传电液作动系统。由于系统的复杂度,对整个系统建模和仿真具有一定的难度。利用AMESim软件分别对电机、泵和阀控系统进行建模仿真,并根据得到的结果对模型的关键部分进行合理简化,从而得到精确的简化模型,为对整个系统进行数学分析提供参考。 The performances of the airborne actuator directly affect the qualities of the aircraft.Comparing with other actuation systems of coordinated control,the actuation system of motor-pump-valve coordinated control has predominant characteristics.The system is the electro-hydraulic actuator(EHA)of the power-by-wire(PBW).In the system there are three controllable parameters:the speed of motor,the pump swashplate and the control of the valve.Because the whole system is very complex,the modelings and simulations of the system has certain difficult.The modeling and simulation of the motor,variable displacement pump and servo valve coordinated control system were made by AMESim respectively.According to the simulation results,the key parts of the system was simplified,and precise simplifing model was got.It provides reference for the theoretical analysis of the whole system.
