摘要
通过对磁选机传动中心轴的结构形式性能研究。其目的是在总结磁选机的中心轴结构形式的优缺点,结合磁选机的实际使用经验的基础上,对磁选机中心轴进行分析和比较,优化所用磁选机中心轴结构形式,以便保证磁选机运转更加顺畅稳定可靠,减少维护检修时间,提高设备的作业率,降低运行成本。
The performance, structure and modality of central transmission shaft in drum permanent magnetic separator were studied. The advantages and disadvantages of the modality of central axle structure in magnetic separator were summarized. The central axle was analyzed and compared on the basis of the actual experiences, and then, its structure modality was improved so as to ensure more stable and smoothly running. Meanwhile, the maintenance time was reduced, the operating rate of the facility was increased, and the operating cost was lowered.
