摘要
随着石油化工能源日益枯竭,生物柴油作为绿色油品在国际上引起了人们关注。首先对我国餐饮废油脂的产生与管理现状进行了论述,并对餐饮废油脂制备生物柴油的基本原理及各种工艺方法进行了综述,最后结合实际提出了未来废油脂制取生物柴油的产业化前景。
With the increasing depletion of petrochemical energy,Bio-diesel fuel as a green oil in the international community receives attention.In this article,the status of restaurant waste oil generation and management was discussed firstly.Then,the basic principles and various processes of bio-diesel fuel with restaurant waste oil were reviewed.Finally,according to actual situation,the industrialization prospect of bio-diesel fuel with restaurant waste oil was proposed.
