摘要
根据湖北省自然地理特征、社会经济发展特点及存在的主要生态环境问题,在生态环境现状评价的基础上,分别开展全省生态环境敏感性评价和生态服务功能重要性评价。生态环境敏感性评价选取土壤侵蚀、酸雨、水环境、旱涝等敏感性要素,生态服务功能重要性评价选取生物多样性保护、水源涵养、洪水调蓄、生态系统产品提供等重要性要素。以遥感与地理信息系统技术为依托,明确各项评价的空间分布格局,确定不同区域的生态功能。根据生态功能区划等级划分依据与命名原则,提出了湖北省生态功能区划方案,将湖北省分为5个一级区(生态区),11个二级区(生态亚区),25个三级区(生态功能区),为不同地区土地利用、产业布局和生态环境保护与建设提供了科学依据。
According to characteristic of physical geography and socio - economic development, main questions on eco - envi- ronment in Hubei Province, this paper carries out the appraisment of eco - environmental sensitivity and ecological service function importance on the basis of eco -environmental present situation evaluation. Soil erosion, acid rain, water environment, and drought -flood are selected in the course of ecoenvironmental sensitivity appraisement. Biodiversity protection, water conservation, floodwater adjustment and storage, and ecosystem products supplying are selected in the course of ecological service function importance appraisement. Supported by the RS and GIS techniques, the patterns of the spatial distributing in each appraisement is illuminated, the ecological functions in different area are ascertained. Based on the rule of classifying and naming, the regionalization scheme of ecological function in Hubei Province is put forward, the whole province is partitioned into 5 first - grade regions ( ecological region), 11 second - regions( ecological subregion) ,25 third - regions( ecological function region), it will provide the scientific upholds for landusing, industry layout, and eco -environment protecting and constructing in different area.
