摘要
介绍了6个H型铝合金挤压型材偏心受压试件和1个轴心受压对比试件在一次加载下的试验研究,考察了长细比和荷载偏心率对铝合金压弯构件面外稳定承载力的影响,数值计算结果与试验结果吻合较好。根据铝合金材料的特点,分别对弱硬化合金和强硬化合金进行了铝合金压弯构件力学性能的理论分析。基于理论分析的结果,推导了计算H型铝合金压弯构件面外稳定承载力的相关公式。与数值计算结果的比较表明,相关公式采用直线形式将偏于安全。
Stability tests on eccentrically compressed extruded H-section aluminum alloy beam-columns were carried out.Totally 6 beam-columns were tested,their out-plane stability behaviors were observed.By contrast,an axially compressed column was also tested.The main parameters varied in the tests are load eccentricity ratio and slenderness ratio.The numerical calculating results show good agreements with the tests results.On account of the characteristic material property of aluminum alloy,theoretical research on mechanical behavior of beam-columns is made for both weak hardening and strong hardening alloy.Based on the theoretical analysis results,interaction expression for checking the lateral-torsional stability resistance of aluminum alloy beam-columns is developed.Compared with numerical calculating results,it indicates that the calculated results of the expression will tend to safety when the expression adopts linear form.
