Determination of inorganic and total selenium in fresh eggs by sequence injection hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry

摘要 建立了顺序注射氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定鲜鸡蛋中硒的分析方法。同时讨论了总硒、无机硒的提取方法、硼氢化钾浓度、载流酸度、酸介质浓度、共存离子的干扰等对硒荧光强度影响。在仪器最佳工作条件,标准曲线相关系数为0.9995,方法检出限为0.0507μg/L,相对标准偏差为0.43%~0.68%,线性范围为0~200 ng/mL,总硒的加标回收率为93.2%~99.55%,无机硒加标回收率为88.2%~94.25%。该方法简便、灵敏、重现性好、干扰少,适合富硒食品中的总硒和无机硒的测定。 A method was established for determination of inorganic selenium and total selenium in fresh eggs by sequence injection hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry.The extraction of inorganic selenium and total selenium in fresh eggs were studied.Discussed the concentration of acid medium,the concentration of potassium borohydride and ions of selenium fluorescence intensity at the same time.Under the best equipment in working condition,the standard curve correlation coefficient 0.9995,the detection limit of selenium by this method was 0.0507 μg/L,the linear range 0~200 ng/mL,the relative standard derivation 0.43% ~0.68%.By this method with the recovery rate of 93.2%~99.55% for total selenium,inorganic selenium recovery was 88.2% ~94.25%.This method is proved to be simple,rapid,sensitive accurate and repeatable.So it is suitable to the determination of inorganic and total selenium in selenium-rich food.
