摘要
研究了有机磷农药在碱性条件下水解生成二氯乙醛,二氯乙醛与间苯二酚灵敏反应生成粉红色化合物的特效反应,利用分光光度法建立了水果蔬菜中敌敌畏含量测定的新分析方法。研究表明,二氯乙醛与间苯二酚生成的粉红色化合物最大吸收波长为480 nm,当试液pH11,并加入适量间苯二酚溶液,60℃水浴加热3 min的最佳实验条件下,新方法线性范围为0.08~16 mg/kg,检出限2.7×10-2 mg/kg,相对标准偏差0.6%,具有简单、准确与灵敏的优点。
Organophosphate pesticides belong to esters compounds,organophosphorus pesticides can be hydrolysis in alkali solution,and easily generates dichloro acetaldehyde.It is a specially good reaction produced pink compound that dichloro acetaldehyde reacts with resorcin,then a new detective technology that the residue content of organophosphorus pesticide in fruits and vegetables was established by spectrophotometer.The experimentation results show that the most absorbing wavelength of the pink compound by dichloro acetaldehyde reacted with resorcin is at 480 nm absorbance,the prime conditions are pH11,appropriate resorcin solution,and calefaction temperature 60 ℃ by water bath,this new detective technology has a good linear relationship in the range of 0.08~16 mg/kg and the detection limits of 2.7×10-2 mg/kg,the relative standard deviations were 0.60%.The method was proven to be high select,simple,nicety and low cost.
