摘要 介绍了TI公司的LLC谐振变换器控制芯片UCC25600。分析了LLC电路的工作原理和UCC25600在LLC半桥谐振式开关电源中的用法。采用磁集成技术,利用变压器的漏感和励磁电感,将谐振电感Lr集成到变压器中,减少了磁件的数量和体积,减小变压器副边漏感,以确保副边整流管实现零点流开关。最后制作了样机,实验结果表明,该LLC谐振变换器结构简单,运行可靠,输出稳定。 A LLC resonant converter controller UCC25600 made by TI company was presented. The principle of LLC half bridge resonant converter and the use of UCC25600 in LLC resonant converter were analyzed. Using the leakage inductance and excitation inductance of the transformer, the resonant inductor was integrated into the transformer by magnetic integration, which can reduced not only the number and size of the magnetic components, but also the secondary leakage inductance compared with other LLC IM structure to ensure the ZCS of the rectifier diode. Finally, A LLC resonant converter prototype was built. The result indicates that the LLC resonant converter has many advantages, such as simple topology, stable running, and steady output.
