摘要
采用有限差分法联立求解雷诺方程、黏度和密度关系式、膜厚方程、能量方程以及固体热传导方程来分析可倾瓦推力滑动轴承的润滑性能,计算3种不同入口坡度线型以及斜度直线型的4种不同坡度下的轴承润滑性能。结果表明入口坡形有利于形成入口逆流区,降低入口区的温度,但对瓦面最高温度影响较小;对数型和双曲线型坡形的最小油膜厚度略大于平面瓦;较大的坡形斜度有利于在入口形成更大的逆流区。
The lubrication performances of thrust bearings with tilting pads were analyzed with the differential method,of which the Reynolds equation,viscosity and density formulae,film thickness equation,energy equation and heat transfer equation were solved with numerical simulation.Three types of inlet ramps and four different depth of linear ramp were studied in terms of thermo hydrodynamic lubrication (THD).The results show that the inlet ramp can reduce the oil temperature in the inlet region as results of the existence of inverse flow of lubricants,and that the deeper the ramp of inlet the larger inverse flow region.
