摘要 采用脉冲电沉积方法制备Ni/纳米Al2O3复合镀层。利用扫描电镜(SEM)观察分析Ni/纳米Al2O3复合镀层的组织结构,对Ni/纳米Al2O3复合镀层的硬度、摩擦磨损性能和铝液在复合镀层表面的铺展性能进行测试。结果表明:复合镀层的硬度随镀液中Al2O3悬浮量的增加而升高;纳米Al2O3悬浮量为20g/L的Ni/纳米Al2O3复合镀层的摩擦因数为0.459;铝液在Ni/纳米Al2O3复合镀层表面的亲润性比淬火45#钢差,具有良好的耐铝液侵蚀性能。 The Ni/nano-Al2O3 composite coatings were prepared by pulse electroplating.The surface morphology of the coatings was observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM),the hardness of the coating as-deposited and with 300 ℃,400 ℃and 500 ℃ heat-treatment was tested,the friction and wear property of the coatings and spreading property of alumiun liquid on the surface of the coatings were examined.The results show that the hardness of the composite coatings as-deposited is improved obviously with the increase of nano-Al2O3 particle content.The friction coefficient of the Ni/nano-Al2O3 composite coating is 0.459.Compared with 45 steel,the composite coatings exhibit good erosion resistance against alumiun liquid.
