摘要
目的:比较两种微量血糖仪对盐酸多巴胺的抗干扰能力,为选择合适的血糖仪提供参考。方法:收集40名健康体检者血清,分别加入生理盐水(对照管)和盐酸多巴胺(试验管);另取一份血糖浓度为6.1mmol/L的标本,配制成含不同浓度盐酸多巴胺的标本,用血糖仪A、血糖仪B和罗氏公司Cobas400全自动生化分析仪同时测定上述标本血糖,对其结果进行比较、分析。结果:血清标本加入盐酸多巴胺后,血糖仪A和全自动生化分析仪结果变化不大,对照管和试验管结果经配对t检验差异无统计学意义;血糖仪B结果变化较大,对照管和试验管结果经配对t检验差异有统计学意义。剂量响应试验显示血糖仪B的结果随盐酸多巴胺浓度增高而增高。结论:盐酸多巴胺对血糖仪B产生正干扰,对血糖仪A不产生干扰。盐酸多巴胺浓度越高,对血糖仪B产生的正干扰也越高。
Objective To investigate the anti-interference ability of two kinds of trace blood glucose meter against dopamine hydrochloride, and to offer a reference for choosing appropriate trace blood glucose meter.Methods Serum samples of 40 healthy people were collected and assigned to receive physiological saline(control tube) or dopamine hydrochloride(test tube).Another sample at a concentration of 6.1 mmol / L was prepared with different concentrations of dopamine hydrochloride and then dispensed into several samples.The blood glucose was tested by two trace blood glucose meters(blood glucose meter A and blood glucose meter B) and Roche Cobas 400 biochemical analyzer, and the results were compared and analyzed.Results There was no obvious changes of the results from trace blood glucose meter A and automatic biochemical analyzer in the serum samples before and after adding dopamine hydrochloride, and the results between control tube and test tube were not statistics different.But the results from blood glucose meter B were increased with the increased concentrations of dopamine hydrochloride, and the results between control tube and test tube were statistics different.Conclusions There is positive interference of dopamine hydrochloride in the blood glucose meter B, but not in the blood glucose meter A.The higher the concentration of dopamine hydrochloride, the higher interference on the blood glucose meter B is generated.
