热电池粉末压制成形的有限元模拟研究 被引量:4

摘要 为提高热电池粉末成形质量,利用MSC.Marc有限元分析软件对热电池粉末成形过程进行模拟,获得粉末压制过程中的变形特征、应力和密度变化规律等数据。结果表明,摩擦是影响粉末成形的重要因素,应力和密度的变化规律相似,多层不同粉末压制成形和单层同种粉末压制成形有相似的特点。 The thermal battery powder compact process was simulated with the finite element analysis software MSC/MARC for improvement.The correlativity among geometrical deformation,stress and relative density distribution of the thermal battery powder,was observed.The results indicated that friction condition was the crucial factor which influences the powder forming.The change in stress and relative density was similar.The multi-layer powder compact forming had similar features with that of single powder.
