摘要
目的:了解我院抗抑郁药应用情况和发展趋势。方法:对我院2006～2008年抗抑郁药用药金额、用药频度(DDDs)和日均费用(DDC)进行统计、分析。结果:3年来我院抗抑郁药销售金额和DDDs呈逐年上升趋势。5-羟色胺(5-HT)再摄取抑制剂(SSRIs)已成为一线抗抑郁药,三环类(TCAs)抗抑郁药应用逐年减少,新型抗抑郁药用量呈上升趋势。氟西汀、帕罗西汀、舍曲林、文拉法辛和米氮平是我院常用的抗抑郁药。结论:应加大国产新药的开发和使用,加强用药教育,为合理用药及开发新产品提供依据和思路。
OBJECTIVE：To probe into the utilization and its developmental tendency ofantidepressant drugs in our hospital.METHODS：Theantidepressant drugs used in our hospital during the period 2006～2008 were analyzed statistically in respect of consumption sum,DDDs and DDC（daily drug cost）.RESULTS：Theconsumption sum and DDDs ofantidepressant drugs in our hospital showed a rising trend over the 3 years.Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors（SSRIs） have become the first-line antidepressants,but the application of the tricyclic（TCAs） antidepressants decreased year by year.The consumption of new antidepressants showed a rising trend.Fluoxetine,paroxetine,sertraline,venlafaxine and mirtazapine were the most frequently used antidepressant drugs in our hospital.CONCLUSION：Efforts should be taken to develop and utilize new domestic antidepressant drugs as well as education on drug use in an attempt to offer insight for rational drug use and development of new drugs.
