PBL教学法在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科理论教学中的初步实践 被引量:7

摘要 目的探索以问题为基础(PBL)教学方法在我国耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学教学中的适用情况。方法在医学影像专业本科的《耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学》理论教学中,开展PBL教学法实践。在教师辅导下,学生"以问题为基础"对教学内容进行课前预习,阅读有关期刊、参考资料和课前小组讨论,课堂集中讨论学习,课后对PBL教学法应用及优缺点进行评价。结果学生对PBL课的兴趣浓厚,参与积极性非常高,这种教学方法与传统教学法比较在激发学习兴趣、培养临床思维能力、增强理论理解能力、提高查阅文献兴趣、提高分析能力、改善归纳能力方面占优(P<0.05)。但是在促进记忆、提高学习效率方面和传统教学法相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 PBL教学法可以应用于我国耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学的理论教学,值得推广应用。 Objective To explore the teaching method of Problem-based Learning(PBL)in teaching of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.Methods The PBL teaching method in the theory teaching of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery in the medical imaging course was practiced.Under the guidance of teachers,"basing on problem",the college students were asked to prepare material before class,to read journals and reference,to discuss in groups before class and in class,to evaluate the PBL after class.Results Students were very interested in PBL lesson and the participatory enthusiasm was very high.They considered that the PBL method was superior to traditional teaching methods in stimulating the interest of study,developing clinical thinking ability,enhancing the ability of understanding,stimulating the interest of reading literature,improving the analytical and inducing capacity,whereas in the promotion of memory,enhancement of learning efficiency,there was no significant difference between PBL and traditional teaching methods.Conclusion PBL teaching method can be applied in the theory teaching of our Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery,and also was worthy of spreading.
