摘要
噬菌体生物扩增法是一项接近于细菌培养的微生物学实验室技术,它能快速准确地检出结核分枝杆菌,近年来在结核病诊断研究中备受关注.国内外研究表明噬菌体生物扩增法是一种简便、快速、安全、可靠的检测方法,而且具有较高的敏感度和特异性.本文介绍了噬菌体生物扩增法在结核病诊断中的研究进展.
Phage amplified biologically assay (PhaB) is a microbiology laboratory technique closing to bacterial culture,which can quickly and accurately detect Mycobacterium tuberculosis. In recent years,it is attracting more attention in the study of tuberculosis diagnosis. Researches at home and abroad have shown that PhaB is a simple, rapid, safe and reliable detection method, and with high sensitivity and specificity. This article describes the research progress of PhaB in the diagnosis of tuberculosis.
