摘要
对NH_3/CO_2复叠式制冷系统进行了性能实验,并对NH_3/CO_2复叠系统、两级NH_3系统以及单级NH_3系统的性能进行了比较。结果表明,当CO_2冷凝温度升高时,复叠系统的COP先增大后降低;随着冷凝蒸发器中换热温差的降低、CO_2蒸发温度的升高,系统COP逐渐升高。在较低的蒸发温度下,NH_3/CO_2复叠系统的COP高于两级NH_2、单级NH_2系统。结果表明自然工质的NH_3/CO_2复叠式制冷系统在低温工况下具有良好的应用前景。
In order to investigate the performance of NH3/CO2 cascade refrigeration system, an experiment was conducted. Its performance was compared with the performance of two stage NH3 cycle and single NH3 cycle. The result presents that there is an optimum COP for the cascade system as the CO2 condensing temperature increases and that the system COP goes up with a decrease in temperature difference of the cascade condenser or an increase in CO2 evaporating temperature; the performance of NH3/CO2 cascade cycle is superior to that of two stage NH3 cycle and single NH3 cycle. NH3/CO2 cascade refrigeration system is suitable for the low temperature application.
