摘要
采用室内海水浸泡试验、铜离子浸泡试验、电偶试验等方法研究了微弧氧化层和封孔处理对6061铝合金耐海水腐蚀性能的影响。结果显示,微弧氧化后铝合金在海水中的腐蚀形貌为点蚀,封孔处理可明显降低点蚀的发生。与铜合金偶合对微弧氧化铝合金的腐蚀加速较大,在实际使用中应尽量避免两种材料的电接触。
In order to study the effect of microarc oxidation and sealing treatment on seawater corrosion resistance of 6061 aluminum alloy,the laboratory seawater immersion test,copper ion solution immersion test and galvanic corrosion test were carried out.The results showed that there was pitting corrosion on microarc oxidized aluminum alloy and the pitting was reduced after sealing treatment.Corrosion of microarc oxidized aluminum alloy was accelerated when it was coupled with copper alloy.The electrical contact of microarc oxidized aluminum alloy with copper alloy should be avoided.
