微型精密恒温槽属于滞后、时变并且非线性的系统,由于其易受环境温度、空气流速、光照、辐射热、振动等因素的影响,采用常规PID控制技术无法实现精确的控制。专家PID控制在常规PID基础上融合人类控制专家的知识与经验,以智能方式设计控制规则,可实现高品质的控制性能。经过在微型精密恒温槽中的实际应用,表明这种控制方式完全适用于微型精密恒温槽的温度控制,达到了良好的控制效果。
The miniature precise thermostat belongs to the lag,time-variable,and misalignment system,because its factor such as ambient temperature,air speed of flow,illumination,radiating heat,vibration influences,using the conventional PID control technology can not be unable easily to realize the precise control.The expert PID control fuses the humanity control expert's knowledge and experience in the conventional PID foundation,by the intelligent way designs control rule,which may realize the high quality control performance.Through the practical application in the miniature precise thermostat,it indicated that this control mode is suitable completely for the miniature precise thermostat temperature control,achieving the good control effect.
