摘要
用光镜和电镜观察了大鲵卵母细胞在发育过程中的显微和超微结构变化 ,着重对类核周体结构和线粒体与卵黄前颗粒的关系进行了详尽观察。贴近卵核的类核周体由核仁样体和线粒体群构成 ,远离卵核的类核周体仅由线粒体群构成。线粒体群是线粒体增殖区 ,其中有多种形态的原线粒体 ,有些处于增殖状态 ,它们未形成明显的线粒体嵴。散在于卵质中的线粒体是成熟的线粒体 ,有明显的嵴 ,其中许多线粒体内沉积着致密物质 ,一些致密物质从线粒体中向外突出并分离 ,形成了膜包卵黄前颗粒。讨论了线粒体与卵黄前颗粒在卵黄形成中的作用。
The microstructure and ultrastructure of oocytes of Chinese giant salamander (Andrias davidianus) and its changes during developmental process were observed with light and electron microscopes. The structure of perinuclear bodies (Nuage) and the relation between mitochondria and yolk precursor granules were exhaustively investigated. Nuage close to the nucleus are composed of nucleolus like bodies and mitochondrial group, and these away from the nucleus are composed only of mitochondrial group. The mitochondrial group contains primitive mitochondria that vary in shape and form no cristae. This is the multiplication area of mitochondrion. The mitochondria distributed in the ooplasm are mature with clear crisae. Many of them show deposition of dense substances. In some of the mitochondria,the dense substances are extruded and separated from their parent mitochondria to form yolk precursor granules with unit membrane envelop. The functions of the mitochondria and yolk precursor granules during vitellogenesis process are discussed in this paper.
