摘要
随着能源危机的加剧,掺低比例乙醇的汽油混合燃料已在我国部分省市逐步推广运用。由于乙醇的掺混,将增大混合燃料在发动机上产生气阻的可能性。为了解乙醇汽油的蒸发性,文中运用雷德法对几种低比例的乙醇汽油进行了饱和蒸汽压特性试验研究。结果表明,掺醇汽油的蒸汽压有所提高,温度升高,蒸汽压增加较快,乙醇掺混比低于5%时蒸汽压值增加最快,当掺混比为20%时达到最大值。
With the increasing of energy crisis, low proportional ethanol-gasoline has already been popularized and used in engine at some provinces and cities in China. And then the possibility of vapor lock was increased because of the increased evaporation as the ethanol content in the gasoline. In order to study the evaporation of ethanol-gasoline,experimental investigations had been carried out to determine the saturated stream pressure of some low proportional ethanol -gasoline blends. The results showed that the vapor pressures of ethanol-gasoline increase with the augment of ethanol content, the vapor pressure changes relatively largely when the temperature increases, the vapor pressure increases most quickly when the augment percent of ethanol content is lowed than 5% and the vapor pressure achieves the maximum when the augment percent of ethanol is 20%.
