摘要
新疆位于我国西北边陲,油气资源丰富。近年来,随着本区油气资源勘探开发和下游产业快速发展,新疆已成为我国重要的石油化工基地和油气资源战略接替区。目前,新疆油气产业发展面临油气勘探开发程度总体较低、石油化工进展较慢等问题。建议应继续加大油气资源勘探开发力度,加快建设油气生产和加工基地,推进和深化优势资源转换战略,构建新疆区域经济发展新格局。
Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,which located in Northwest frontier region of China,has abundant oil and gas resources.With high speed development of oil-gas exploration in recent years,Xinjiang has become an important petrochemical production base and strategic substitute region.However,Xinjiang has to faces some difficulties during the progress,such as the low degree of oil-gas exploration and the slow development of new industries.This paper suggests that Xinjiang should pay more attention to accelerate exploitation its oil and natural gas,and to forge ahead with a strategy of turning its resource advantage into economic advantage.
