摘要
本文以临钢钢渣为原料,进行了湿式弱磁选和湿式强磁选对比回收铁的工艺试验研究。分别采用湿式磁选磨矿细度试验、磁场强度试验和试验结果对比,最终确定湿式弱磁选试验结果比较理想,所生产的铁精矿产率为31.00%,选矿比3.23,品位为60.60%,全铁回收率为66.99%。
The steel slag of LinSteel was used as raw material in the paper.The technology of retrieving iron has been researched through comparing wet low-intensity magnetic separation and wet high-intensity magnetic separation.Grinding fineness test of wet magnetic separation,test of magnetic field intensity and contrast of test results have been used in the research.It showed that the result of wet low-intensity magnetic separation was superior,and iron concent rate is 31.00 %,concentration ratio is 3.23,grade is60.60%,total iron recovery is 66.99%.
