摘要
卫生部《医疗器械临床使用安全管理规范》的出台,临床医疗安全质量要求不断提高的形势下,同时面对上游的高度专业的医疗设备维修行业,技术资源不对称,而医院的医工队伍尚不健全的现状,提出在医疗设备维修服务管理的前期配置阶段、中期维修环节和后期评价环节采取的一系列管理策略和实践的讨论。
The new medical reform plan is launched. Clinical use of medical device safety management standard is making public.The medical equipment service is facing the increasing requirement of safety and quality from clinical department. In face to technical monopolization of upstream suppliers and shortage of CE engineers of hospital, a set of new management tactics are suggested in pre-sale after sales and assessment phases. Those new management tactics are applied in Shanghai.
