摘要
开发区作为城市特殊组成部分和带动城市经济发展的重要增长极,与城市经济社会发展的关系非常密切。以兰州经济技术产业开发区为例,从地域空间、产业经济和制度文化的角度来透视开发区与城市进行整合发展的基础,并以产业集群理论、精明增长策略作为理论依据,分别对开发区与城市在用地、基础设施、产业、制度四个方面的整合发展以及开发区内部的整合发展进行了深入细致的研究,以期对兰州经济技术开发区的可持续发展起到一定的借鉴作用。
As a special component of city and an important growth pole to promote urban economic development,the Development Zone is of close relation with urban economy and social development.Taking Lanzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone for example,this article looks into the foundation of integrated development between the Development Zone and city from the point of view of geographical space,industrial economy and systematic culture.On theoretical basis of the industrial cluster theory and the smart growth strategy,it also carries out in-depth and detailed research respectively on the Development Zone and city’s integrated development in four aspects：land,infrastructure,industry and system as well as the integration within the Development Zone,so as to refer to the sustainable development of Lanzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone.
