摘要
为了更加安全、高效地处理巷道掘进过程中的大范围冒顶事故,结合谢桥矿13318E工作面轨道顺槽大范围冒顶事故处理的工程实践,对适合于治理此类事故的新型高分子化学注浆技术进行研究。为验证高分子化学注浆材料处理巷道大范围冒顶的有效性,测试了马丽散材料井下实际力学强度并分析其加固作用机理,同时运用了钻孔窥视及巷道表面位移观测等研究方法对其实际加固效果进行检验。研究表明,罗克休材料完全充满大冒顶造成的顶板空腔,起到传递顶板岩层载荷的作用;而马丽散浆液均匀扩散,将破碎煤岩体重新胶结为具有较大承载性能的整体。加固后的冒顶段巷道在后续掘进过程中保持了长期的稳定,未发生二次冒落失稳;高分子化学注浆加固技术圆满处理了13318E工作面轨道顺槽大范围冒顶事故。
In order to treat large roof fall accident in digging process more safely and efficiently,the new polymer chemical grouting which is suitable for treating this kind of accidents is studied in this paper based on the practice of treating the large roof fall accident at 13318E tailgate in Xieqiao Mine.The intensity of Marithan was tested when it was used in the underground and its reinforcement mechanism was analysised in order to verify the validity of treating large roof fall accident by polymer chemical grouting.Other research methods such as rock inspecting and surface displacement measurement are used to check the reinforcement effect.The studying result showed that the roof cavity had been filled of Rockshow which transferred the roof load.The Marithan diffusing uniformly had cemented the broken mine and rock into macrocosm which could bear much more load.The reinforced roadway had kept long-term stable in the later cave and had not caved for the second time.The polymer chemical grouting technology treated this roof caving at 13318E tailgate successfully.
