摘要
洞子崖隧道DK683+938-DK684+076段属杜康沟断层破碎带,其中DK683+938-DK684+004段为浅埋段,隧道埋深浅、围岩较破碎,施工中易出现拱顶下沉、水平收敛、坍塌等现象。在分析三台阶预留核心土法加单层超前小导管预支护施工方法存在着隧道掘进中出现围岩收敛及拱顶沉降较大等问题的基础上,提出该段采用双侧壁导坑法加双层超前小导管预支护,并配合锁脚锚管、扩大拱脚、及时封闭仰拱等措施的施工方法。实践证明:采用该技术能够顺利通过断层破碎带浅埋段,与三台阶预留核心土法加单层超前小导管预支护的施工方法相比,能够有效地控制隧道洞内周边位移,保证了工程质量和施工安全。
Dongziya Tunnel DK683+938~DK684+076 segment is with Dukang groove fault fracture zone,in which the DK683+938~DK684+004 segment is shallow-buried.Shallow-buried depth of tunnel,fractured,rock of tunnel are apt to cause vault subsidence,horizontal convergence,collapse in excavation progress.In effect,rock convergence and vault subsidence appeare easily in tunnel construction with the support of pre-reserved core-soil three-step method and advance support of single layer small pipe.On the basis of analysis of this problem,method of double side heading drift and advance support of double layer small pipe are proposed,together with measurement of the lock foot anchor pipe,expanding arch foot,timely closure of inverted arch.It is proved that the shallow-buried section of the fault fracture zone is successfully broken through by this technology,against pre-reserved core-soil three-step method.Surrounding displacement of tunnel can be controlled effectively and the engineering quality and construction safety are ensured.
