摘要
目的探讨采用微创接骨板技术(MIPO)植入锁定加压钢板(LCP)治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床效果。方法对26例肱骨近端骨折患者行MIPO技术植入LCP钢板内固定治疗,8例进行植骨。结果手术及术后恢复顺利,未出现相关并发症;平均随访10.8个月。按Neer评分结果,疗效为优14例,良10例,可2例;总优良率为92.3%。结论采用MIPO技术植入LCP钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折是一种合理可行的方法,能够提供稳定的固定,骨折愈合率高,并发症少,并有利于肩关节早期功能恢复。
Objective To evaluate minimally invasive plate osteosynthesis (MIPO)technique in the treatment of proximal humerus fracture by using locking compression plate(LCP). Methods 26 cases of proximal humerus fracture were treated with LCP by MIPO technique. Among them 8 cases had also been combind with bone-graft. Results Surgical procedure were successful and union occured in all cases, no complication occured. According to Neer, score, curative effect were excellent in 14 cases, good in 10 cases, common effect in 2 case, the excellent and good rate was 93.8%. Conclusions Treating proximal humerus fracture with LCP by MIP0 is a good and feasible surgical technique, it can attain a stable fixation, a high union rate as well as a low complication, and it does good to attain early functional reeouery of shoulder joint.
