摘要
以铝矾土为主要原料,铝酸钙水泥、硅微粉为结合体系制备了铝矾土基喷涂料,分别经1000、1300和1500℃保温3h处理后,研究了板状刚玉细粉和氧化铝微粉对喷涂料试样性能的影响。结果表明:板状刚玉细粉和氧化铝微粉对铝矾土基喷涂料的体积密度影响不大,但经1000℃处理后,同时含有板状刚玉细粉和氧化铝微粉的试样表现出更高的抗折强度和耐压强度;仅含有氧化铝微粉的试样耐磨性能优于含有板状刚玉细粉的,而仅含有板状刚玉细粉试样的抗热震性能优于含有氧化铝微粉的。
Bauxite based gunning mix was prepared using bauxite as starting material, calcium aluminate cement and silica fume as binders,firing at 1 000,1 300 and 1500℃ for 3 h. Effects of tabular corundum powder and alumina micropowder on properties of bauxite based gunning mix were investigated. The results show that tabular corundum powder and alumina micropowder have no obvious effect on bulk density of bauxite based gunning mix;when heat treated at 1000℃,the specimen with both tabular corundum powder and alumina micropowder shows higher modulus of rupture and cold crushing strength; specimen with only alumina micropowder has better abrasion resistance but worse thermal shock resistance than specimens with only tabular corundum powder.
