摘要
改革开放以来,当代中国行政管理体制改革主要围绕机构改革、职能转变和公共服务这三个目标展开。政府组织体系逐步优化,政府职能转变迈出重要步伐,公务员队伍结构明显改善,科学民主决策水平不断提高,廉政建设工作深入开展。本文通过对1978年以来当代中国行政管理体制改革的回溯分析,可以集中探讨改革目标的实现成效和存在的问题,并对未来的目标取向作出展望。
Since the reform and opening up in 1978,the reform of China＇s administrative system is carried out around organization,function and public service. Governmental organization system is being optimized further,an important step has been taken in the transformation of governmental function,the structure of civil servants is further improved,and democratic decision has been bettered. This paper discusses the object realization of the reform and the existing problems and also gives a prospect to the future object.
