牙科手术显微镜用于检出离体上颌第一磨牙近中颊根第二根管的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的评价牙科手术显微镜用于检出上颌第一磨牙近中颊根第二根管的诊断价值。方法以58颗离体上颌第一恒磨牙作为研究对象,分别应用牙科手术显微镜(DOM)和牙CT对其近中颊根第二根管进行检出,并以牙CT的检出结果为金标准,对牙科手术显微镜的检出结果进行评价。结果牙科手术显微镜检出上颌第一磨牙近中颊根第二根管的灵敏度为85.7%,特异度为87.5%,kappa值为0.68。结论牙科手术显微镜对MB2的检出率准确度较高,其在临床的应用有助于寻找和发现上颌第一磨牙近中颊根第二根管,从而有效提高上颌第一磨牙根管治疗的成功率。 Objective To estimate the diagnostic potential of the dental operating microscope(DOM) used for locating the second mesiobuccal canal(MB2) orifice in extract molared maxillary first molars.Methods Fifty eight extracted maxillary first molars were used,MB2 orifices were examined with dental CT and under a dental operating microscope.Results The sensitivity and accuracy of the dental operating microscope were 85.7% and 87.5%.The kappa were 0.68.Conclusion It suggests that the dental operating microscope can increased the identification of the MB2 canals,so it is effect to increase the long-term prognosis of root canal treatment of the maxillary first molar.
