摘要
利用外管内壁上的盲孔作为内心骨架的定位 ,是目前国内外下井仪普遍采用的一种通用结构形式。以往对该盲孔的加工需经诸多工序 ,费时费力 ,质量还得不到保证。文中介绍所设计的盲孔加工机具 ,类似于一种独立的机床辅件 ,使用时将其安装在万能回转头铣床上 ,工件装夹定位后 ,数分钟即可完成作业 ,不但提高了工效 ,而且确保了加工质量。该机具自使用以来 ,已成功地对数十套不同材料的下井仪外管进行了盲孔加工 ,证明其工作稳定可靠 。
Using blind hole on the outer tube inner surface as location of internal core skeletion is an universal structure applied to downhole tool. Processing the blind hole needs a lot of procedures in the past, squandering time and vigor, also not ensuring quality. This article relates such a processing device as an independent machine accessory. The device is installed on the universal revolving milling machine. After workpiece being located, operation can be finished in minutes. It not only raises efficiency but also ensures processing quality.
