摘要
比较目前常用的两种方法的检测结果,分析两者不同的准确度、精确度和灵敏度。采用微生物管碟法与高效液相色谱法。微生物管碟法检测蜂蜜中四环素、土霉素、金霉素线性相关系数分别为0.9942、0.9922和0.9916,回收率分别为80%、81%、78%;高效液相色谱法检测蜂蜜中四环素、土霉素、金霉素线性相关系数分别为0.9999、0.9997、0.9997,回收率分别为80%、87%、83%。微生物管碟法操作周期长,操作繁琐,误差较大,但是灵敏度高,高效液相色谱法操作简单,测量准确,但是检测金霉素灵敏度没有微生物管碟法的高。
Purpose to compare the veracity and sensitivity of two normal detections of Tetracycline Antibiotics in Honey.Microbiological tube in plate cultivation halo method and HPLC.The linear range and recovery of acheomycin,terramycin,aureomycin in honey with the MTPC Halo method were 0.994 2,0.992 2,0.991 6 and 80 %,81 %,78 % respectively,That with HPLC were 0.999 9,0.999 7,0.999 7 and 80 % ,87 % ,83 % respectively.Practically MTPC halo method has good sensitivity but considerable error with long handle period and intricacy,and HPLC determination with good accuracy and convenience but less sensitivity in comparison.
