摘要
目的:探讨体育运动中较为多发的多重脑震荡(MCC)后的脑损伤机制。方法:用金属单摆闭合性脑损伤打击装置复制MCC大鼠模型,伤后分1-24d多个损伤组.用免疫组织化学技术研究基底前脑5-羟色胺(5-HT)能与胆碱能神经元的变化。结果:脑震荡后随胆碱乙酰转移酶(CHAT)免疫阳性表达的降低,色氨酸羟化酶(TPH)免疫阳性表达升高,随损伤后时间的延长,ChAT表达逐渐升高.TPH表达也随之下凋趋正常。结论:多重脑震荡后,与认知密切相关的不同脑区在5HT神经元表达增强的同时.胆碱能神经元呈下调改变.这些变化可能与脑损伤后的认知行为障碍有关。
Objective: To investigate the effect of brain injury after multiple cerebral concussion in sports. Methods: We studied the histopathologic changes of cerebral neurons in multiple cerebral concussions rats which were duplicated using a metallic pendulum-striker concussive device. Forty-two male SD rats were randomly diveded into seven groups: control group, and some post-injury for 1-24 d groups (n= 6 for each group). The expression of serotoninergic and eholinergic nerve in the different brain area was also detected and quantitated by image analysis system after iramunohistological double staining. Results: The expression of ChAT was of decreasing tendency in different brain areas post-MCC. At the same time, expression of TPH was ascending after injury. Conclusion: 5-HT can be related to the recognize function by acetylcholine.
