摘要 校企融合、工学互动,是高职院校办学方向和人才培养模式上的科学定位.在高职院校机械制造与自动化专业中,通过确定机械制造专业人才培养目标,设置校企共享型课程体系,建立校内外实训基地和组建"产教结合"教学团队,实现与企业"校企深度融合"的教学实践. The school-enterprise integration and learning-engineering interactions are the direction and training mode for higher vocational colleges. The paper applies the practice and exploration of the concept to mechanical manufacturing and automation majors, by setting up a professional training goal, designing a set of school-enterprise sharing curriculum, establishing internal and external practical training base and building the teaching team combining the industry and education to achieve the goal of deep integration of schools and enterprises.
