歌乐山矿地处复杂环境条件下的爆破作业，爆破地震效应和飞石长期对周边建（构）筑物和人员造成重大安全隐患。通过近两年的实践和探索，取得了在控制爆破地震效应和飞石上成功的技术和管理经验。
